Subject field delete (disable)

Hi,
I tried to find on forum but couldn`t find it. How do I remove "Subject" field from ticket submission. I look at index.php, but I have no idea where to delete, which line. I`m not familiar with .PHP and wouldn`t like to mess up. Please help with point to exact line. Screenshot would be good.
