Hi,
I would like to haave my order status panel of our shopping cart system include a message for customers who have a question aabotu their order to click on a link to submit a ticket for them. Rather than just use the link like http://www.bubsngrubs.com.au/support/index.php?a=add I would like to set it up so that the link we provide fills in some of the info on their ticket such as their name, email address etc. plus some customer fields we have on our form such as their order number etc.
Is there already aa formaat I can use in the url to do so - something like http://www.bubsngrubs.com.au/support/in ... ?s=subject etc.?
If not - what would be involved in customising it to be able to fill in some of the form for them using the url?
The reaosn I want to do this is because a lot of our customers give wrong info and our staaff are wasting time looking for it to work out their issues - this would save a lot of time for our staff.
