Thus far no one has been able to add a link without my doing it manually. If the Google page rank that is shown on the admin panel is that of the link URL page then all are = to or higher than the page rank setting of 1 and if the page rank of the home page then the page rank being shown is misleading.

I have no idea what you've been trying to say.
If no one can add links then your server most likely isn't properly opening and validating reciprocal links You will need to provide all the asked for information though if you want help with that.

Please confirm where I get these?
Script URL: WHERE Do I Get This?
Version of script: Checked a few days ago for updates and there were none
Hosting company: Bluehost
URL of phpinfo.php: WHERE?
URL of session_test.php: WhERE?
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: Don't remeber now
The items answered above with WHERE? are above are not in the download of this software.
I take your answer to imply the page rank shown in the admin panel is that of the link page and not the home page.
Thanx

Script URL: web address of your linkman script (of your links.php page), for example
www.yourdomain.com/linkman/links.php
Other two WHERE's: these files can be found in the "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A NEW QUESTION" topic:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=80
The PR shown in the admin page is the PR of the page that you link to (say
www.google.com) , not the page where the reciprocal link is. However, when adding a link LinkMan checks the PR of the page where the reciprocal link is (for example
www.google.com/links.php ).
