Lol well we seem to be the only two doing the posting at the mo :D

As for the HTML part well maybe in a future version one of the options could be to send either plain text/HTML (with a WYSIWYG editor) formatted emails and have these editable from within the main admin section... Not that I'm dropping any hints to the guru that made this fine tool one bit :P

Sending HTML e-mails isn't such a problem, there are other technical details that need to be thought out first (the "guru" needs to make sure this works for all possible options/situations, languages etc  ).

HTML e-mails are definitely coming into Hesk, but let's leave something for the next major update (3.0), shall we

Hahaha that was funny. FYI I am not guru. I dont even know php at all. I am just someone that like to play with the already mafe scripts. Love to break and fix :D. Like to use my brain instead of filling the forums with "please help" threads. i dislike and never reply to this kind of titles cos a believe if they can use the title for a short description of the problem it may help others.
As for the new release... i may not leave to see it so u better hurry up. :)
