Hi, I have just noticed today that even though my signature is correct within my profile - when I reply to any customers it is being shown as:
Your name
Your website
http://www.yourwebsite.com
Any idea what could be causing this and if so how to fix it..?

Thank you

You have so modified your Hesk it's hard to give proper support

If the changes are in the database the only thing I can think of is that your session variables aren't being updated properly. Try closing all browser windows then logging in again - does the signature match the one in the database now?

Hi Klemen,

Thanks for your reply - my modifications do not affect the database in anyway so as you said maybe it is something to do with sessions. I'm not at home ATM but after logging in to my site from my phone, creating a dummy ticket then adding a reply the signature is there just fine... Confused much..?!

The only thing that's changed on my home PC is an install of the latest firefox beta (which is fab by the way, although could be the cause if it's session related..) and I'm also a bugger for leaving my site open all the time so maybe something timed out with the script...

I'll clear the cache when I get home and try again ;)

Thanks for the help
