I have problem with "You can view the status of your ticket here: %%TRACK_URL%%" in all tickes, the problem are when you click on the link will it display a page and say "Broken link"

But if I go in manually and tracking for the case, will it show the case

You have a wrong setting for "Help desk URL" in the admin panel. Set it to exactly this (copy/paste):
