What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: show all tickets

I'm running HESK on a lab network and I would like to know if I can have all tickets show from the main page without having to lookup ticket numbers or send via email. We don't use email on this net and we just wanted to use HESK for tracking purposes as it does that very nicely.

I am afraid customizations of such extent are out of the scope of my free support here, but if have anyone at least basically familiar with PHP he/she could be able to use the code from admin panel to list tickets on a public page.
