header color

I have changed the color of the header images in /images into my color. That worked in IE. But when i see my page in CHROME or in FireFox i see that the color of the header is again the original green one.
How is this possible? Have i forgot something or...?

Have done that many times!
Also restart my browser.
So that is not the solution. Any other one?
