Adding the Lock Ticket Feature/Icon in HelpDesk 2.1

Is there anyway to add the Lock Ticket Icon & Feature into HelpDesk 2.1? That was one of the features I asked for and thanks to K we got it.

Unfortunately you'd have to do it yourself or hire someone to do it. You will need to upgrade to 2.2 for the official support.
