Hey, another couple of questions from my company.
1. I have created a field named Customer Name. I would like it if when i filled the field in, the words automatically appear in the subject field too. Is this possible and a quickfix?
2. Can I replace a button in the green hesk header, for a new ticket button? For example, change Categories into New Ticket.
3. I have made another new field, called Deadline. I would like for it to show a standard date, like today +1 Day. So if it's 23 Nov today, I would like that field to show 24 Nov, when i click new ticket.
4. Archived, what does it mean? I mean, every ticket is submitted to the database, is there a date limit to the database? I could only find the setting to close tickets in X days. I would like to know for how long these tickets are saved, without clicking Add to Archive button. Also an option could be to let them AutoArchive. Is this an option I could quickly add?
Thanks so much in advance!
Stephan
