Wenn a helpdesk supporter have not al the rights ony:

- Option to see 1 Categories
- Features: - View tickets - Can view tickets assigned to others*

* Can view tickets assigned to others (wenn selected or deselected)

I cannot see the tickets assignd to others how come? Or how to fix?

You can only view tickets assigned to others in the same category.

But wenn a ticket is assigned to (full rights) and someone else who can only SEE tickets of a specific category he don't see it, only wenn I unassign the ticket? Is there a sallution for that the other person also can see the issigned tickets from that same catogory?

Probably because that user doesn't have "Can view tickets assigned to others" permission?
