Staff reply by remote email, iPhone - not logged in

New, haven't run the script yet but have played with the demo

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:
staff remote reply

The idea is to allow staff to reply to their tickets by remote email, instead of having to log in. Staff could reply, for instance, by using their iPhone, the email is sent to the helpdesk email, and then the staff reply is piped in (beta) and then the script kicks out that reply to the user. This would allow staff to reply to assigned tickets from any location.

"E-mail piping" is something that is being worked on though.
