Hi,

I've made some changes to the knowledge base document, but now when I login as admin, knowledgebase does not open. When I open it in the login page, it does open. What could go wrong?
When i installed hesk, i made a backup of the original files.

I've restored: manage_knowledgebase.php, knowledgebase.php, and private_knowledgebase.php to the original states.

What is going on? any ideas?

Try clearing your browser cache, then close all browser windows and open Hesk again. If that doesn't help it's an error in one of the modified files, try uploading all Hesk files again (except for the hesk_settings.php one).
