Ticket confidentiality

Am I correct to say that if I want to make confidentiality with regards to tickets contents and admin staff, I have to make it around the categories ?

(I need to know to complete a setup for a demo to management tomorrow.)

I don't want everyone so see all tickets.

I see that it is possible to limit the "view" for certain admin staff to one or more specific categories, but I need to know if there is another way to prevent all admin staff to see all tickets ?

If you have version 2.2 you can limit staff to only see tickets that are either assigned to them or unassigned, but can't see tickets assigned to other staff no matter what the category.
