Technician Views of Open Queue

A simple question. When a Technician signs onto HESk do they only see open tickets assigned to them or do they see all the tickets?

That depends on what permissions you give to the technician when creating his/her account. But yes, technicians will normally see just tickets that are posted within their categories and either unassigned or assigned to them.

I'd like to have a sortable column in the Technician/Database User View. It would make sorting requests much better for our work process and eliminate confusion as to whom the request has been assigned. Is this possible now or is that something that would need to be added to the next version?

P.S. - I wasn't exactly sure where to post this request.
