I have a user that hasnt been able to post a message on my board. He says..." I put in the digits for the spam check and want to send the message I new window opens and I get the message "Error - You are not allowed to post on this messageboard". Do you have still any idea? "

I have tried to reproduce the error but cant.

Any ideas why this would happen to him? I havent any complaints since I put the board up in 2008.

Thanks!

Your user is getting blocked by the SPAM filter. Tell him to close all browser windows then open your forum again and see if he can post a simple test message.

Most likely session problems. To troubleshoot this you will need to upload phpinfo and session test files to your server and post links to them here.

You will find mentioned files in the "Read this before posting" topic:

As I suspected, PHP sessions aren't working on your server.

You will need to contact your hosting company and ask them to fix PHP sessions as they are not working at the moment.
