Hello The Submit ticket in the Admin pannel won't mail the customer, how doest it worn whithin the net_ticket.php? I dont see any mail command there.

The code is in "admin_submit_ticket.php" and it will notify the customer if "Send e-mail notification to the customer" is selected on the bottom of the admin new ticket page.
