I managed to upload the help desk,but at the bottom it says "cannot connect to the data base", I tried to change the cgi-bin from 766 to 666 but it keeps changing back. I'm getting frustrated

Have you followed installation instructions in the readme.html file? It takes a bit more than just uploading the files.
