categories hides?

Version of script: 2.2
hello,
In the submit ticket staff it is possible visualizes only the display name category authorize to administrator and not however the list display of all the categories?

In the submit ticket staff (/admin/new_ticket.php) it is possible display only name my category authorize (from admin)..and not the list display of all the categories?
