Can't open file settings.php for writing, on Linux CHMOD 666

Despite I checked all files are 666. the

An error occured: (While adding URL, while updating new settin from admin page)
Can't open file settings.php for writing, on Linux CHMOD it to 666 (rw-rw-rw-)!

Your host might have writing to files disabled, but can't be sure because you didn't post the phpinfo.php file you were asked for.
