Send Notice to MAIN Admin Each Time Staff Replies to Ticket?

Hi. I have "lower level" administrators helping reply to support
tickets within my desk, and wonder if there's a mod or something that
will enable me to get a notification when a reply is added... by
another Admin?
There's the option, within User Settings, to set if you get a reply
when a CLIENT responds to a ticket that you do not own. But I'd like
that same option to get a notification when another USER responds to a
ticket that I do not own.
As it is now, I have to log in several times throughout the day to get
updates on tickets to make sure that my new support assistants are
providing accurate answers. One day, I forgot... and it had near
disastrous consequences for one particular issue. Any way to copy a
reply to admin... by DEFAULT? This would really help.
This help desk is PERFECT in every other aspect for my needs. But this
is one additional feature is vital (see above). Any help...?
