Hi there,

Is it possible to make a ticket status customisable. Now i can't change the status but that is what i would like to have. If i now reply to a ticket whit the text that i'm looking for a solution there is now the status reply needed by client. But i want some more statussen and that i choose wich status is needed for that ticket.

Can you help me plz.

It's a good idea - I don't have a solution ready, but will try to include it in version 2.3

Hope that you include it soon or that you soon have a solution. I can use it very very very well!
