New Hosting Provider, or slow E-Mail sending!

I have moved the hesk installation and database to a new server, hesk is strating normaly, BUT wenn a customer wanna create a new ticket it won't go into the database (also see no failure on the customer's side) AND wenn i reply on a ticket in the admin pannel it works normaly.
What could this be?
