We purchased a legal copy of PHP help desk. When we copied the file to the site it says we have an illegal copy. We had to redo our website because of the 2.2 upgrade.

Same site URl and now its stating its an illegal copy. The file was for the same site.

Try downloading the license again from
https://www.hesk.com/license

If it doesn't help upload the phpinfo file (http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/phpinfo.zip) to your server to the HESK directory and send the URL to it, along with your license key, here:
http://www.hesk.com/contact.php

I'll have a look.

I have the original license file. I dont know my serial number I dont think I ever had it. I know one time you changed it for us.
