thankyou. was problem - board did not want to work with the database as queries were given in UTF 8. Posted in database.inc.php lines:
mysql_query ("SET NAMES cp1251;");
mysql_query ("SET CHARACTER SET 'cp1251'");
and everything worked.

Hello Pacal,

To me it does not look like a french translation has been deleted.
It seems to me that no french translation is available for download because nobody has posted one here yet.
You can make your own translation if you would like to have it in the french language.

The old French file was probably deleted by the author, so I removed it.

I updated the first post now to include links to all the translations I have on the hesk.com server. Thanks again to everyone for sharing!
