guest book error

gbook.php comes up fine click on sign guest book brings up php for signing gbook fill in all the info and click submit then it goes to a blank white screen and hangs there.

I keep getting this error and I cant determin what exactly it is saying

I figured it out. Had to install zlib and all dependencys to my server. Works like a charm! Very easy install other than that. That should be added to the server requirements.
