Does anyone have the archive for version 0.94.1?

I'd like to upgrade from version 0.94.1, but I have some customizations I'd like to carry forward. Unfortunately, I didn't keep a copy of the original code, so I don't know where all of my changes are. If anyone still has the 0.94.1 archive, could you let me know how to get ahold of it?
