I've upoaded some images to the avatar/galleries drectory but can't find them in the User Control Panel. What am I doing wrong?

Could you post a link to your page?
I can't remember MBoard having a user control panel. And I don't remember it having an avatar gallery.

Like Henrie suspects I agree - you must be using some other script and not MBoard from PHP Junkyard.
