The problem is when I submit a support ticket that haves accent in some word. For example: áéíóú

The error is:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /soporte/suggest_articles.php could not be found on this server.

I talk with my ISP and they said me that the problem is the application HESK and not de isp service...

I'm from Chile (my english is so bad, excuse me).

It seems to be an encoding issue with Javascript that triggers (badly written?) mod security triggers.

Try uploading this file instead of the original one into the Hesk folder:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/hesk_javascript.zip

Then close all browser windows, clear temporary Internet files, go to the help desk, refresh the page then try submitting.
