Hi

Is there a way to force customers to log in BEFORE they can to submit a ticket?

I don't want an open system and by doing so I can manage who can log in via the adm menu but also avoid the spam prevention question and number check.

I am new to Hesk but it looks very promising. Will probably provide a Danish language file.

No, this is not something Hesk supports nor do I have plans to add it anytime soon.

I have intergrated a seperate client login and table to give clients and admins/techs seperate front ends and landign pages. please refer to my thread on this
