Where did you get the HESK from? You seem to have some very strange code in your install.php and update.php files, looks like malicious code.

Delete the install directory and HESK from your server, and download a clean version from www.hesk.com

If you keep getting the issue (some gibberish code in the install.php file) try scanning your PC for viruses or spyware and do the same on your server.

My bad, seems like your 404 page is the one with the strange code, for example if I enter a random URL it shows the same code:
http://www.cheapdjlights.com/2343453456456

So you are getting the error because the "install.php" file is missing in the "install" folder.

You might still want to check your server settings for the 404 error (page not found), not sure what the code does but it's trying to query IP 210.51.166.220 which is located in China! Have your server administrator (or hosting company) check it out.
