Hi everybody,

I'm playing with the Hesk to meet our needs, and it's soooo good

Now I'm coming back to ask you how can I remove the priority field and dropdown list from the ticket view.

I've also eliminated it from the ticket add section, but I don't know if I can remove it fromt the ticket view and if it will cause some damages around.

So, to be safe, I'm here with this topic
