Is there a preview whats on the whitelist for Hesk 2.2?

Thinks I like:

1. Send a email wenn the ticket is closed
--> Already modded this in
2. Enable / Disable Subject
--> Already modded
3. Smtp (the addon works like a charm)
--> Already modded
4. Search option fot ALL fields (also internal notes)
--> Tryed this but no luck
5. Timer function on ticket level Start/Stop
6. Create a ticket for a customer whithin the admin pannel

But best is wenn its already programed in

Locking Ticket

What would be a good idea is the ability to lock a ticket for a specific user. I've tried to ban buyers who are immature idiots only to find out they have changed their IP address. I would like to see the ability to lock a specific ticket.

Also I'd like to see more customization of the form. Let the user define their own ticket and working for variables. Let them have the ability to move the fields around by placing a number field down the column to see what order they want the fields to look like. Problem is you get a form start using it, and then you need to add another field in the middle, then you have to delete every single field below it instead of just inserting the new field between the other two.

Also would like to see an instant ban button on the ticket itself. That would basically ban the person by IP address, Name, email address whatever. So they cant harrass.

You should set "Reopen tickets" to "OFF" in the settings - this way once you close a ticket the customer can't reopen it.

the problem with that is that the person can come in and start a new ticket.
