Customizable Ticket Status

I use Hesk for project/issue resolution tracking. I would like to see an option to the Administrative side allowing us to customize a ticket status so that we could set them on a ticket via ticket review and sort by that status as we currently can.
No too far fetched is it?

If you don't have other use for it you can add a special tag to the ticket by marking it as archived (add it to "Archive") and you can then search/show only tickets marked as archived.

I realize the "archived" label isn't the most appropriate. You can change the meaning (maybe from "archived" to "labeled") in the text.php file inside the language folder.

Or did you have something other in mind?

When I try to mark something as archived and run the filter to show archived only it doesn't work. So I suppose if that was functioning that I could use that for special projects or something else.
