Can't email

Help me please, I got everything to work. If you submet the ticket, and reply to it, I don't get an email saying that I loged it or the Administrator replayed to my error...
Can you please help me set it up?

I've said it many times and it's the truth - sending e-mails not working is a SERVER issue and not something we can help with. You need to contact your host to have them check why the PHP mail() command isn't working.
