Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to see several ticket statics. For example how many replies a user totally made, how many tickets a user closed, average response time.
I also would like to know if you are planning to make more statuses available because we are not always able to "resolve" a problem. Sometimes the ticket cannot be solved and should simply be closed. The resolved status above the ticket often creates confusion for our costumers because in fact, the problem is not (yet) resolved.
