Is there a way when inside the admin console view all tickets, but sort them by the custom created fields? I've seen talk of this in other threads, but nothing for version 2.1.

An example would be we have a custom field for "Building". Being able to sort by building would help us manage all open tickets.

Unfortunately that would require too much customization to be able to guide you through it here.
