ater updating from 2.0 to 2.1 as error appeared 'session expired' now installation says license not for this domain...

How can we repair please. ?

Like the readme file and the help page (http://www.hesk.com/help.php) say the license format has changed in version 2.1, you need to download a new license from
https://www.hesk.com/license
