Hi there

I am using Hesk as both a ticket system and a task management system, as its so easy to use.

Just wanted to know - are tickets viewable by anyone who does not have the link? I'm concerned that the search engines could pick up the content of the ticket as keywords and index the pages on the search engine.

Let me know if it does this, then I will try figure out a way to tell search engines not to index th pages after the /helpdesk/ path.

Thanks, Christine

Since there are no external links to the tickets (the random tracking ID servers also as a password) Google or other search engines can't pick them up.

However, if you would place a link to a ticket somewhere on your web site that ticket could be picked up (but not the others). So if you placed a link to
http://www.domain.com/hesk/ticket.php?track=ABCDEFGHI
somewhere on your site then search engines could pick it up, but without that they can't guess the "ABCDEFGHI" code.
