[RESOLVED] How to change 'Priority' drop-down values?

Hi, I have had an idea (yes it hurt lol) - how hard would it be to change the default 'Priority' drop-down box from High, Medium and Low to have the following?:

System Hangs
System Crash
Error Message (specify)
Annoyance
Other (specify)

Also, poss a decent thing to include in future versions might be a way of being able to edit the default values from within the Admin section ;)

Anyone can help with this? - The values can be anything really - the above was just an example...

You can change the names of the default three ones in the language file (text.php).

But as for adding more that's a bit more complicated and needs more attention (simply adding new ones would cause problems with the way current ticket listings work), added to the feature requests list.

Ahh ok thanks tho ;) - I take it the 'Added to feature list' means editable names from the admin panel? and maybe the poss of adding extra items in much the same way customfields are...?

If so, then maybe an idea to have only 3/4 customfields and a + (plus) button to add more if required. Might be a better way to also please the masses with the standard customfields too by allowing people to add or subtract new items.... Just brain-storming.

Thanks again
