Hi, you all. I'm new to the software and giving it a try. I like it very much so far bud got a problem.

When i create a new ticket and i mark one of two checkboxes i created, the ticket in the admin console is not displaying it. How can i fix this ?

I just installed it, only added the dutch language, so its clean.

Thankx, found the answer to my problem. I compaired the demo with my site and saw that you have to fill in the anwsers of the checkbox in the "Options" field. Thanks for your help and sorry for the late reaction.
