Dears,

I've just installed version 2.1 replacing version 2.0.
When trying to update or insert a new article into the knowledgbase I get this error.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /hesk21/admin/manage_knowledgebase.php on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can't figure out what the problem is.
If anybody has had this problem I'd be happy if he can share the solution with me.

You can try setting debug mode to ON in the settings and see if you get any other error messages. But this is probably a server configuration issue and you will need to check your server's error logs to find the error.
