Can't View Tickets

I have installed Hesk three times into different databases, but I still get this problem. After a ticket is submitted it cannot be viewed by the customer. Everything else is fine and all the admin functions work. This is an example of a url that cannot be found: http://www.wheatcom/helpdesk/ticket.php ... ZZXJP9E8DU

This is a big problem, I am afraid there is no fix for it and you won't be able to use HESK.


Just kidding :wink: You are simply missing ".com" in your URL. Correct the "Help desk URL:" setting in admin panel and it will work fine.

I knew it was something stupid. Thanks. I'll be registering two domains later in the month.

BTW, I was really paniced. I had searched for months to find the best Help Desk script and had concluded that your's was the best by far. The thought of it not working on my system was, well, unthinkable.
