As far as I understand Hesk, there's no option having custom forms when submitting a ticket (http://www.hesk.com/demo/index.php?a=add).
Am I right?

Actually you can have up to 20 custom form fields (text, text box, select, radio box or checkbox).

I know I can have custom form fields.

Imagine this:
a) customer want to report a problem
b) customer want to file an application for something
c) ...
d) ...

Since there's only one input form, I need to define many custom fields which will be very confusing for user. Because some fields will be not appropriate for the action what he wants. For example: user wants report problem in an applications, so he fills in custom field named 'Application Version'. Next, another user wants file an application for e-mail account and he will be confused, beacuse there will be custom field 'Application Version' which has nothing to do with the e-mail account.

Aha, so you mean something like custom fields depending on what category/department the customer chooses? No, this is not something HESK support, although it's an interesting idea.

Yep, this is a really cool idea and although I have no idea how to add this function I would hazard a guess that it could work something like this:

Might be an idea for version 2.2

It would have to be a bit more complicated than that as there are many issues to consider and I don't believe it will be included in 2.2

Still, maybe an idea for the future hopefully
