Hi!. I have been using your hesk software now for awhile in my work place. Unfortunately the email side of things doesn't seem work anymore. I have spoken to our Support Team and he mentioned SMTP. He thinks this software doesn't support SMTP. Is there any script that I can used that will help me in this matter. I have looked in the hesk_settings.inc but cannot see where I can solved this problem. Thanks

Your host must make sure the PHP mail() function is working properly. If it is (and only your host can make sure it is) the e-mail should work normally.

Unfortunately my host does not support PHP mail() function. They support SMTP. I work in a school and they changed the security of our emails.

In that case I'm afraid HESK won't work for you without modifying the email code to fit your server settings. I'm afraid this is out of the scope of my free support here.
