Knowledgebase attachments/importing

Is it possible to easily upload pictures, documents, attachments to the Knowledgebase section? I only see a text box that allows html code.

Also, is it possible to turn a help desk ticket into a knowledgebase article?
It seems like after going through the steps to solving someones problem, that that information should be able to be imported into the KB section for others to find.

Great product though.

Knowledgebase attachments are included in version 2.1 which should be released to the general public in ... hmmm... maybe today or tomorrow!

Turning tickets directly into KB articles won't be supported at the moment so you will have to manually create them (you can copy/paste the text so you don't have to type it twice), but definitely something to be considered in the future.
