Whe are testing now your software for al while, but have the following problem:

Wenn a customer is typing a message, afterwarts its not showing it right on the website, but the email i get the text is alright, how can i fix this?

I use UTF-8 encoding

Do you get any errors/warning if you turn Debug mode to ON in settings?

Did you make any changes to the script files?

Does it work normally in the demo?

--> Have put the tekst into the Demo and there it went oke, could it be the UTF-8 ?

I don't believe the encoding is the problem, but you can try changing yours to for example iso-8859-1 and see if that makes any difference.
