Allow access to Knowledgebase Only

I would like to allow some users to access the Knowledgebase but not allow them access to the Support Tickets (not to read or write).

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can accomplish this?

By "users" you mean "Staff" (registered users in the admin panel) or website visitors?

If you mean staff simply login as an administrator, go to "users" and uncheck anything but "Manage knowledgebase" under "Features" for the staff you have in mind.

If you mean visitors you can just give them the direct KB address:
http://www.yourdomain.com/hesk/knowledgebase.php

That works but does not prevent them from submitting a ticket or adding to knowledgebase.

This will work , but would really like to prevent them from getting to the Submit Ticket. They need to only have Knowledgebase VIEW ONLY

Basically what I am attempting to set for this company is that tickets can only be opened/viewed by 1 person.

All other staff will only have Knowledgebase View Only

I would be interested in this as well. I would like 1-2 individuals to be able to open tickets on behalf of someone but never allow a visitor to create a ticket directly. Likewise, visitors should ONLY be able to see the knowledgebase.
