Request: Additional Field

We currently use HESK for our organization and I can say that it's probably the best helpdesk solution that we've ran into. With that being said, our organization has multiple locations and we would like to be able to route helpdesk request based on location as well as categories. Basically just need another section just like the category section only call it sites or something along those lines.
