Change Submitor Name and Email

Is there a way to change the name and Email address of the person that originally submitted the Support Ticket?

If the person is fired or quits before I can respond to the ticket I need to be able to point the response toward the person that has assumed the position.

Thanks for a great program and I do hope the purchase helps continue development!

Thanks for purchasing a license!

For now you would have to make the changes directly in the database. But it has been suggested before to allow staff to edit all the ticket information (name, e-mail and custom fields; now you can only edit the message) so it will most likely be included in the next release. I'm hoping to have version 2.1 ready within a month, although I can't give any promises or guarantees.

Thank you sir... appreciate the response and promise not to hold you to the timeframe, but will just have to hope it can be kept :D
